What does the team work on?

Our Ads Manager team is building best-in-class advertising workflows to help democratize connected TV for businesses of all sizes. The teams goal is to grow platform adoption, scale customer success, and make it easy for nearly anyone to grow their business through the biggest screen in the house. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine user interactions that bridge the gap between what our customers need and what our world-class engineers can deliver, while keeping things as elegant and easy as possible.

What is the role?

Roku is seeking a Branded Content Project Manager to join Roku Brand Studio, the team responsible for creating and executing content partnerships with advertisers across a variety of formats. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, this role owns the end-to-end project management of branded content programs, driving initiatives from sold through wrap while keeping cross-functional teams aligned, on schedule, and focused on delivering strong work. You will partner closely with creative, production, ad sales, and operations stakeholders to execute and launch branded entertainment programs on the Roku platform. The role requires strong project leadership, hands-on client management experience, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to managing complex, fast-moving work across multiple stakeholders. An understanding of the media agency landscape and the ability to represent Roku Brand Studio in live production environments are essential to success in this position. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of branded entertainment on the largest screen in the home while working alongside a collaborative, solutions-minded team deeply committed to the quality of the work it puts on screen.

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $96,700 - $107,450 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What are the responsibilities of the role?

• p]:inline">Lead day-to-day communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, including advertisers, agencies, talent representatives, and production partners
• p]:inline">Serve as the central source of truth for active projects by keeping timelines, deliverables, documentation, and next steps organized and current
• p]:inline">Manage project timelines, coordinate assets and approvals, track feedback loops, and help move programs efficiently from kickoff through launch and wrap
• p]:inline">Own client-facing communication on assigned programs, serving as the primary point of contact for advertisers and their agency partners for milestone updates, feedback management, and expectation-setting
• p]:inline">Partner cross-functionally with creative, production, sales, operations, and content teams to ensure programs are executed smoothly and meet stakeholder expectations
• p]:inline">Identify risks, flag issues early, and provide thoughtful recommendations to keep projects moving forward
• p]:inline">Represent Roku Brand Studio in live production environments by managing client presence on set and on virtual feeds, guiding real-time feedback, and ensuring clients are focused, informed, and supported throughout the shoot day
• p]:inline">Organize final materials and outcomes so completed programs can support case studies, sales enablement, marketing, public relations, and awards submissions
• p]:inline">Help reinforce best practices and scalable processes for branded content execution across a range of custom formats
• p]:inline">Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment

What experience would help someone be successful in this role at Roku?

• p]:inline">3+ years of experience in project management, branded content, advertising, account management, or a related field
• p]:inline">Strong project and client management skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• p]:inline">Experience managing clients in live production environments, including on-set presence and virtual feed management during shoot days
• p]:inline">Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
• p]:inline">Experience owning projects end-to-end, from kickoff through delivery and wrap, while managing multiple concurrent programs across cross-functional teams
• p]:inline">Comfort working independently while remaining highly collaborative
• p]:inline">Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment
• p]:inline">A positive, professional, team-oriented approach and enthusiasm for creative, cross-functional work
