Job Title: Breaching Operations SME | Location: Fort Bragg, NC | Overview: | | SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Breaching Operations SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM. This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC | Responsibilities: | The Breaching Operations SME’s Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assists the APM SPM&E in development and acquisition of kinetic and mechanical breaching operations and equipment to counter weapons of mass destruction and the further development or fielding in support of the SOF Mission Planning and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle.
- Assists in the preparation of new requirement documentation, Statements of Objectives (SOO) and Statements of Work (SOW), Acquisition Program Baselines (APB) and Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMP), Legal Reviews, and acquisition and contract strategies.
- Assists in preparation of and/or reviews specifications, identifies costs, resources (manpower, funding, and training), test and evaluation requirements and plans, and management of life cycle support (operations, maintenance, and replacement).
| Required Qualifications: | - Have knowledge in areas supported by the specified subject area to support product selection, architecture, system design, engineering, intelligence systems, security and other technical, operational, and analytical disciplines to include reliability, maintainability and life cycle cost management.
- Bachelor or Masters Degree
- Minimum of 12 Years of Experience
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
