We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time baker for the preparation and production of our sourdough breads and other baked goods in a fast-paced food production environment. This role helps ensure products are prepared consistently, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. Requires early mornings and weekend work. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
What You Will Do
- Prepare ingredients, dough, and other materials according to established recipes and production standards.
- Assist with mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, cooling, and packaging products as needed.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and report any concerns to leadership.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
- Operate equipment and tools safely and in accordance with training and instructions.
- Support production goals by working efficiently with team members across shifts and stations.
- Help with labeling, portioning, and inventory-related tasks when assigned.
