We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Park Place Hotel in Traverse City, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes to ensure our guests start their day with a delicious and satisfying meal. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Assist with inventory management and food ordering as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth breakfast service
- Respond to guest dietary needs and preferences when possible
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook, preferably in breakfast or related food service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork abilities
