Supports all 4 TOPS Comprehensive Breast Centers, but will be based out of the Red Oak Breast Center location.

TOPS Comprehensive Breast Center, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Breast Center Support Specialist to join our esteemed team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, while upholding our core beliefs of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement. 

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating with the physician offices and patients to ensure accurate, prompt and courteous scheduling of appointments. He/she will strive to minimize patient wait time in the department and will do his/her best to educate patients/families about procedures being performed. Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing breast imaging services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certification
• CPR Certification
• Proficient typing/ keyboarding skills
• One year of experience in a hospital or customer service setting
• Cooperative work attitude toward co-employees, management, patients, visitors, and physicians
• Ability to promote favorable facility image with physicians, patients, insurance companies, and general public
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Preferred Imaging experience and knowledge
