We're looking for a full-time Bridal Stylist to join our Hagerstown team. This is a client-facing sales position for someone who loves people, enjoys working toward goals and wants to become exceptional at both sales and service.
This isn't simply a job helping brides try on beautiful dresses. Our stylists are trained sales professionals who build trust quickly, uncover what a bride truly wants, confidently guide her through the decision-making process, overcome concerns and help her find the dress that makes her ready to say YES.
What You'll Do
As a Bridal Stylist, you'll:
- Work one-on-one with brides during their private bridal appointments.
- Build genuine, trust-based relationships with clients and their guests.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each bride's style, vision, priorities and needs.
- Select gowns and styling options personalized to each bride.
- Confidently guide clients through the decision-making and purchasing process.
- Navigate questions, concerns and objections with empathy and confidence.
- Help brides complete their wedding-day look with accessories and additional styling options.
- Educate clients about other K&B services and opportunities for their wedding party.
- Follow up with clients and help create lasting relationships beyond their initial appointment.
- Support the boutique team with phones, appointment scheduling, payments, client pickups and day-to-day store responsibilities.
- Help create the warm, celebratory and elevated experience K&B is known for.

Required
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfort working in a sales-focused environment.
- Reliable attendance and dependability.
- A willingness to learn, receive coaching and continually improve.
Preferred
Previous sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, luxury sales, commissioned sales or another highly customer-focused environment can be a great fit.
Previous bridal experience is not required. We'll teach you bridal. We're looking for the personality, work ethic, sales potential and heart to take care of our brides exceptionally well.
Schedule: Full-time; weekday and weekend availability required.
