• Uphold bar prep, restock, and breakdown duties

• Monitor guest experience—read the room, anticipate needs, and adjust accordingly

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or elevated setting

• Foundational knowledge of craft cocktails—and a desire to keep learning

• A cool head, warm demeanor, and fast hands

• Ability to stay composed during rushes and always keep it guest-first

• Comfortable multitasking without compromising quality

• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Perks

• Hourly base wage of $10 + tips

• Staff dining discounts

• Flexible scheduling & advancement opportunities

• Be part of a new concept where your ideas and energy help shape the bar program

• A team culture that blends professionalism with personality
