As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and supporting our dedicated veterinary team.

What You'll Do

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will:

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Create a welcoming, clean, and organized reception area
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide accurate information
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for our multi-doctor practice, grooming services, and boarding guests
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Assist clients with payment options and process transactions efficiently
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Veterinary medication or veterinary office experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous veterinary or animal care experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of veterinary experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
