This role will work closely with program leadership, finance teams, and client stakeholders to ensure accurate budget tracking, compliance with federal regulations, and data driven financial decision making.DutiesDevelop, analyze, and manage budgets in support of program and organizational objectivesPrepare budget forecasts, financial reports, and cost projectionsSupport budget formulation processes, including data collection, analysis, and submission preparationConduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and resource allocation decisionsEnsure compliance with applicable federal regulations, contract requirements, and internal policiesCollaborate with program managers and stakeholders to provide budget guidance and recommendationsAnalyze historical data and trends to improve budget accuracy and forecastingSupport audits, reviews, and financial reporting requirementsUtilize financial systems and tools to track and report on budget performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Social Science, or a related fieldMinimum of five (5) years of experience in budget analysis, financial management, or a closely related fieldActive U.S. Government security clearance with fully adjudicated T5 background investigation including drug testFamiliarity with federal budget processes and experience in government consulting is preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsExperience preparing and presenting financial data to stakeholdersStrong work ethic with excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact professionally with clientsExceptional written and oral communication skillsLocationDC Metro Area; onsiteSupervisory roleNoSalary$100,000 to $140,000, commensurate with education and experienceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.#J-18808-Ljbffr
