Buffalo Project Manager

• Manage all phases of construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Review contracts, project specifications, and construction documents.
• Monitor project costs and proactively manage financial performance.
• Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Resolve project challenges and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Support successful project closeout and client satisfaction initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven success managing commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience working closely with field operations and executive leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with change management, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
