Position Overview
You'll support the Store Manager and help lead execution--ticket times, accuracy, cleanliness, and a team that stays locked in.
What you'll do
Lead shifts and keep stations running efficiently
Coach the team on speed, accuracy, and food safety
Help with opening/closing, counts, and basic cash handling
Keep the expo/handoff area organized for pickup & delivery
What we're looking for
Shift leadership experience preferred
Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve
Strong communication and accountability
