Abt Electronics has an immediate opening for the position of Builder Division Delivery Installer/Laborer. Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation and servicing all the products we sell. This role is to join our Builder Division delivery team which has a focus on delivering and installing appliances in Multifamily projects and also caters to high volume clients.
In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Primary duties include:
Loading/unloading and driving a box truck
Moving & lifting heavy products safely using a variety of equipment (dollies, straps, etc.)
Light carpentry, plumbing, ventilation & electrical work
Processing electronic delivery tickets and communicating with inside personnel
Job Requirements:
Pass a DOT physical & drug test
Valid Driver's License ( C class preferred)
Team oriented
Able to participate daily in physical labor
Some Saturdays and regional travel required
Be friendly & respectful towards customers and their property
Mechanical aptitude
Problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Flexible schedule with early start times
We offer our team members:
Hourly rate starting at $23 or more based upon experience
C Class License earns an extra $2/hour
Your first 12 months salary will = $55,000+
4 performance-based bonuses throughout the year
Steady year-round work (includes time & a half after 40 hours)
