The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The BAS Controls Engineer (BACE) maintains a comfortable and safe environment through the management of the Building Automation System (BAS), lighting control systems, and monitoring based commissioning systems. The BAS Controls Engineer works as the campus subject matter expert pertaining to Building Automation Systems. These systems are implemented in every major construction project at BU. The BACE works with the Union Technicians, and subject matter experts to resolve technical issues associated with the BAS, HVAC, or Lighting Control Systems.
