BAS Project Sales Representative

We’re seeking a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Sales Representative to grow service, repair, and upgrade business with commercial customers. You’ll build on an established customer base, most prospecting is expected to come from existing relationships, while identifying new opportunities and guiding clients toward practical, cost-effective solutions. Working closely with technical and service teams, you’ll manage accounts, develop proposals, and support customer satisfaction from consultation through delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Grow sales of building automation, client services, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Develop customer relationships and identify opportunities with facility, property, and executive stakeholders.
• Assess building systems, energy use, and customer needs to recommend clear, cost-effective solutions.
• Lead account reviews, prepare pricing and proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
• Coordinate with service and project teams to support customer satisfaction and account retention.
• Maintain forecasts, activity reports, budgets, quotes, and a healthy sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in building automation, building commissioning, or energy services.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls, and building systems.
• Experience with commercial building construction, operations, or maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
