Compensation: Starting at $32-$35 per hour based on expertise
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys leading projects to success? We are looking for someone SKILLED AND HANDS ON AS A BuildingMaintenance Technician, not a general handyman oand not someone to just "oversee" jobs or contact contractors. This person needs to have the proven ability to handle all maintenance and functioning aspects of the building. You'll be responsible for keeping properties in excellent condition. You will not be negotiating pricing or managing contractors, that is what the Site Manager handles.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Utilize your expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair building infrastructure and equipment.
Conduct all property maintenance
Conduct daily building walkthroughs to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, staff, and visitors.
Work closely with the Site Manager and Regional Manager to report job progress, supply needs, and keep the building fully clean and functioning.

Requirements:
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
Strong experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting).
A strong commitment to safety.
A proven ability to work independently, manage your time, and take ownership
Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
Basic computer skills, including email and video conferencing for team check-ins.
