Building Maintenance Technician

Responsibility:

Report to Janitorial and/or Repairs Department managers daily for assigned tasks.

Janitorial Aspect of Position:

·        You will be performing specialty cleaning jobs.

·        Fill in for janitorial personnel during times of absence.

·        Floor technician experience preferred but not required.

Warehouse Aspect of Position:

·        Must be able to operate a forklift.

·        Will be asked to offload incoming freight.

·        Load and unload equipment for repairs and rentals.

·        Clean equipment for repairs and rentals.

·        Clean and stock shelves.

·        Move and organize inventory items.

Requirements

Requirements:

·        Possess a valid driver’s license

·        Clean driving record

·        Able to pass a drug screening

·        Must be able to lift 60 lbs

·        Be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude

·        Great attendance
