Building Maintenance Technician

The Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park in Pewaukee is hiring a Building Maintenance Tech FT day shift, Mon-Fri. As we are open 24/7, ability to work some weekends or other shifts is helpful. Ensure our facilities are in excellent condition using basic general maintenance/home repair skills. Preventive maintenance, snake drains, paint/touch up rooms, carpentry, minor appliance repair, snow removal, etc. CPO certified a plus. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Maintain the physical functionality of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, water park and work areas (sometimes working in awkward positions in small spaces).
• Respond to work orders and guest calls to assess and repair non-functioning items in guest rooms, equipment and/or machinery.
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, light electric, painting and masonry.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use ladder through ceiling to access roof.
• Frequent lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, walking, crouching, kneeling, stooping, reaching overhead for extended periods of time, grasp hand tools and talking as required.
