Building Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the onsite facilities support group, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring basic handyman skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional demeanor that supports regular interaction with clients.

Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Westford, MA

Pay Range: 20 to 22 upon experience 

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Check and update work orders in the Maximo work order system
• Set up event rooms as needed to support client and site activities
• Perform small entry-level handyman tasks to support facility needs
• Complete simple preventive maintenance tasks, including vacuuming coils of refrigerators
• Assist with basic painting and patching when required

What's Needed?

• Basic handyman skills
• Basic computer skills to work within the Maximo system
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and documented
• Professional demeanor, including regular client interaction
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
