    Job Summary

    The Working Carpenter Foreman is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and performing journeyman-level carpentry work on construction and renovation projects. The role leads on-site teams, coordinates project activities, maintains quality standards, interacts with clients, and ensures construction work is completed safely and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, supervise, and perform rough and finish carpentry work.
    • Lead and supervise a small on-site construction team.
    • Perform hands-on carpentry tasks as required.
    • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and other trades.
    • Complete purchase orders and job-related documentation.
    • Maintain quality control throughout project execution.
    • Communicate and collaborate with clients and project stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of rough and finish carpentry, remodeling, masonry, concrete, and wood construction.
    • Experience with construction and renovation projects.
    • Knowledge of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) procedures is a plus.
    • Healthcare construction experience is preferred.
    • OSHA 30 certification and ICRA certification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Willingness to travel as required.
    • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
