Built-In-Test Systems Engineer
Location: Linthicum, MD

Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Onsite
Overview
Our client is seeking a BIT (Built-In-Test) Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, and verification of advanced sensor systems. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with systems, hardware, and software engineering teams to ensure system reliability, fault detection, and diagnostic capabilities throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience with RF sensor systems, system integration and testing, data analysis, and embedded software environments. This role will play a key part in developing and verifying Built-In-Test (BIT) functionality that enables high-performance mission systems to operate reliably in demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or another STEM-related discipline with 5+ years of experience, OR
Masters degree with 3+ years of experience, OR
PhD with 1+ year of experience.
An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Experience using MATLAB for data analysis and engineering evaluation.
Experience with RF sensor simulation environments.
Experience supporting integration and testing of Radar, SIGINT, or Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
Experience reviewing and analyzing C/C++ code.
Strong systems engineering, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
