Bundle Shop Foreman $2,075+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- Must have experience in heat exchanger manufacturing, repair, or a similar heavy fabrication environment.
- Must have supervisory or foreman-level experience in a fabrication shop.
- Must have hands-on experience with bundle assembly and disassembly experience
- Experience with tube installation and tube expansion/rolling.
- Experience with structural welding and fit-up coordination.
- Experience with hydrotesting and final assembly operations.
- Familiarity with ASME and TEMA requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot fit-up, alignment, and fabrication issues in real time.
- Ability to read and follow drawings, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
- Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate shop personnel while actively participating in production.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Shifts:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional weekends and overtime may be required based on business needs.
