Collaborate with the team to ensure that all guests’ needs are met promptly and effectively.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, offering proactive solutions to any issues that arise.
Manage multiple tasks at once, ensuring efficiency during peak hours without compromising service quality.
Maintain a professional and polite demeanor at all times, upholding the reputation of the business.
Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
What You Need for this Position
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
