Job Description:

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.Job Responsibilities:* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.* Prepare and serve food items according to Burger King's quality and safety standards.* Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide accurate change.* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant.* Stock inventory, rotate products, and assist with deliveries as needed.* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.Job Qualifications:* Must be at least 16 years of age.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* Excellent customer service and communication skills.* Basic math skills for handling transactions.* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.* Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
