Burgerville General Manager
At Burgerville, our General Managers are leaders who create great guest experiences, build strong teams, and drive restaurant performance. This role is responsible for leading daily operations while creating a positive workplace culture grounded in our mission: Serve with Love.
The General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations including team development, food quality, guest service, financial performance, and community engagement.
Responsibilities include:
Leading daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, hospitality, and team performance
Developing, coaching, and supporting Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Crew Members
Driving sales, labor, food cost, and operational results
Creating an outstanding guest experience through strong service standards
Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Supporting local marketing, community involvement, and restaurant growth
Building a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture
We're looking for someone with:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
Experience managing restaurant operations and business results
Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED required
2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience required
Experience as a high-performing General Manager preferred
Food Handler certification required
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required
Schedule & Work Environment:
Average 45–50 hours per week
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Active, fast-paced restaurant environment with standing, walking, lifting, and guest interaction throughout the shift
