Michigan's Adventure is seeking motivated and organized Business Administration Support Interns to gain hands-on experience in administration, guest service, communications, and office operations within a fast-paced entertainment environment.This is an internship opportunity for spring and summer of 2027.Internships availableBusiness Administration Internship – Maintenance DepartmentBusiness Administration Internship – Park OperationsBusiness Analyst Internship – Revenue OperationsResponsibilitiesBA Internship – Maintenance DepartmentAssist with supply purchasing, including creating and tracking Purchase OrdersPartner with Finance team to reconcile purchasing invoices/receiptsAssist with special projects and analysis in the Maintenance DivisionAssist with issuing and tracking uniforms, keys, radios, and other suppliesAssist with tracking work ordersBA Internship – Park OperationsAnswer and direct incoming phone calls.Respond to guest emails and inquiries.Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.Assist the Park Leadership Team with scheduling and administrative tasks.Support guests in the Group Sales and Season Pass Office.Assist with special projects, meetings, and event coordination.Provide support to the Communications Team, including content creation and social media projects.Business Analyst Internship – Revenue OperationsReview revenue, cost of goods, labor, and operational data across Food & Beverage, Retail, and Games to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analysis tools that help monitor financial and operational performance.Prepare clear insights and summaries for operating leaders and senior management to support data-driven business decisions.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and other revenue analysis projects assigned by the In-Park Revenue Director.Partner with park leaders to translate sales trends and operational data into recommendations that improve efficiency, profitability, and the guest experience.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old.Currently enrolled in a college or university.Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management, or a related field.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.BenefitsPaid InternshipProfessional Development EventsFree Park AdmissionComplimentary Park TicketsPotential College CreditMentorship from experienced leadersValuable hands-on experience and networking opportunitiesApply early.
