Job Title: Business Analyst 4
Location: Remote (only PST Candidate)
Salary Range: $65/hr to $70/hr on W2
Introduction
The Business Analyst 4 role is crucial for supporting our Marketing Services Center. This team is responsible for executing marketing tactics and services on a global scale, including managing large-scale event execution, email marketing campaigns, website management, lead uploads, and content operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
8-10 years of experience in business operations, business management, program management, or strategy operations roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Own and maintain the master Rhythm of Business (RoB) calendar, forum inventory, and Standard Meeting Charters.
Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, action items, and reviews.
Prepare Quarterly Budget Review with Budget Owner.
Contribute to ad hoc projects, quarterly business reviews, transformation initiatives, status reporting, and other operational priorities.
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
