Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Experience with an IFS v7 or higher ERP system and associated business processes.
Demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
Ability to manage a large amount of transactional data and determine trends up to part number level using statistical and analytical tools.
Manage multiple priorities; both independently and as a team player.
Be an independent problem solver with the ability to creatively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
Understanding of database management systems.
Show a strong ability to solve problems creatively, thru innovation & process re-engineering.
Have demonstrated interpersonal skills: ability to establish confidence, rapport and foster cooperative relationships with clients and coworkers.

Education & Experience
2+ years in an analytical reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
4-year degree in business administration or related field preferred
