--- Project Description ---
Expert Business Analyst, who will work with agency unit stakeholders to
document and understand existing business processes. This role will
define To-Be requirements and processes to support the design and
development of new applications in alignment with agency's technology
roadmap.
--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Leading JAD sessions for As-Is/To-Be business processes/use cases.
2. Interviewing stakeholders to document requirements for existing and
new applications.
3. Working across all bureaus and units to understand
mission-critical business processes.
--- Required Qualifications ---
• 84 Months Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder's business
needs using a variety of business analysis techniques like map processes
and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-
functional requirements for development.
• 60 Months Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements
Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements
Management Plan, requirements traceability, baselines and requirements
change control.
• 60 Months Experience working with application architects and development
teams to answer questions and resolve conflicting requirements.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the
International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
• 24 Months Experience with SalesForce – OmniStudio and Public Sector
solutions.
• 12 months Jira application and or SCRUM experience.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and or
Developer.
• 84 Months Experience in creating and maintaining software development
artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use
cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface
specifications, non-functional requirements specifications.
• 60 Months Experience creating test plans and test cases and working with
users on User Acceptance Testing.
