Our client, a Public University company, is looking for a Business Analyst for their Ann Arbor, MI location.
Responsibilities:- Job Responsibility The contractor will provide remote operational and project support for Epic Radiant, Lumens, and Intuitive Hub across UMH-Sparrow and UMH-West.
- Responsibilities include day-to-day keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) support, workflow maintenance, troubleshooting, and execution of approved projects.
- Key Responsibilities Provide operational and application support for Epic Radiant, Lumens, and Intuitive Hub across both sites.
- Support day-to-day KTLO activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and workflow maintenance.
- Lead and execute approved projects, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams as needed.
- Support application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to maintain application stability, standardization, and continuity of operations
