Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to align IT strategies with Medicaid enterprise goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system modernization and enhancement efforts.
Document detailed business requirements, system functions, and technical steps for application development.
Facilitate business process reengineering using industry-standard mapping techniques.
Evaluate solution options, conduct risk assessments, and prepare financial analyses (Cost/Benefit, ROI, Build vs. Buy).
Serve as an IT stakeholder, providing oversight and coordination across various MES vendors.
Support the creation of repeatable documentation standards and process alignment for integrated solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience analyzing and evaluating business systems and user requirements.
Strong background working in Agile development environments.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Austin, TX.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) processes.
Familiarity with Texas Medicaid and CHIP systems.
Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
