We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Retail Banking with a minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of credit card products, transaction processing, and the credit card lifecycle, along with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and QA to deliver high-quality credit card solutions.

Job Responsibilities: (this is more to explain a typical day/week in the work life of the selected person (again no skills to be included here, this is more to appreciate what is the actual job expectation) Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for retail banking applications, products, and processes. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand business needs. Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Analyze credit card business processes, including card issuance, activation, authorization, transaction processing, billing, payments, disputes, chargebacks, and account servicing. Work closely with development and QA teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios. Create Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and prioritization of business requirements. Validate solutions against business requirements and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution. Analyze data and investigate issues related to credit card transactions, account balances, billing, payments, and reconciliation. Ensure requirements align with applicable banking policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage requirement traceability, scope changes, dependencies, and stakeholder sign-offs. Support production issue analysis, release readiness, and post-implementation validation.
