Marchon's healthcare client is hiring a Business Analyst to support their Application Transformation initiative. The Business Analyst – Application Design, Redesign & Modernization will be integral to large projects for the applications that support operations, investigation and incident management, quality management, and legal business units as well as business processes related to these core functions. Under the direction of a Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA), the Business Analyst will be involved in the modernization of their legacy applications including Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS) and Quality Enhancement License and Certification (QE5).
The successful candidate must have substantial hands-on experience leading the functional design or redesign of complex enterprise applications. The candidate will assess existing applications and workflows, identify functional gaps and system dependencies, define future-state application behavior, and translate business policies, regulations, operational needs, and user requirements into detailed, implementable functional designs.

Experience with case management, healthcare, human services, public-sector, or other highly regulated applications is
strongly preferred.
