Job Description : Position Summary : We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) within the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have over 8-10 years of experience in the US healthcare sector and proven expertise in working with multi-vendor environments across different time zones. Palantir expertise is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the implementation and optimization of Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) solutions in healthcare or pharma projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Analyze, design, and implement effective business processes and workflows related to contract management.
Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Provide subject matter expertise in the US healthcare domain, ensuring that solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize Palantir tools and technologies to enhance data integration, analysis, and visualization (preferred).
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the US healthcare domain.
Proven experience in Contract Life Cycle Management and Contract Decision Management implementation in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.
Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and managing cross-functional teams across different time zones.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Palantir technologies is highly desirable.
