Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing consulting and technology firm in Chicago, for an experienced Business Analyst to join their hybrid team. This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, translating complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements and driving projects that actually move the needle for clients.
Day to day, you will spend time in discovery sessions, mapping current and future state processes, and turning messy inputs into structured documentation that developers, project managers, and business leaders can all act on. The ideal candidate thrives on asking the right questions, feels comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders at every level, and enjoys backing recommendations with solid data rather than gut instinct.
