Expertise in Requirements Gathering and Documentation.
Business Process Modeling (BPMN, Process Flows).
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management.
Data Analysis and Reporting.

Skills: Business Analysis~Digital : Client Dynamics 365 CRM Functional~ServiceNow
