Description
Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews translating those needs into AI supported workflows.
Create detailed user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flow diagrams, and any corresponding UX designs/wireframes.
Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
Support QA teams in defining test scenarios and reviewing test cases.
Build technical documentation, release notes, and training materials to users. Communicate changes, address concerns, and help teams adopt new AI supported ways of working.
Serve as a first point of contact for issues or questions related to AI product offerings. Monitor post-release performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Advocate for the customer's best interest when it comes to decisions for new and updated features and products.
Contribute to technical documentation, release notes, and user guides.
Qualifications and Job Specifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience in a software development or technology environment.
The ability to produce high fidelity prototypes early in the development cycle.
Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and responsive design, as well as deep and broad knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
Strong bias for action and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in logistics and supply chain application development is a plus.
Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience and strong comfort level working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks with an iterative and collaborative design process.
Curiosity about AI and LLM technology; prior exposure to AI tools or projects is a plus but not required.
Experience conducting user research and usability tests with users that deliver actionable insights for design.
Proficiency with common design tools such as Figma, Miro, Zeplin, etc.
