Job Summary (Business Analyst - Digital Transformation, Estimating & Construction):
- Collaborate with estimators to analyze current processes, identify pain points, and uncover improvement opportunities. - Gather and translate business requirements into actionable specifications for development teams. - Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of new digital solutions for estimating and construction. - Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and data centralization initiatives. - Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive digital transformation. - Leverage interest or experience in technology, data, AI, estimating, engineering, construction, or product management to support project goals.
