Business Analyst - Expert

Provide a short description of the Position: Expert Business Analyst, who will work with agency unit stakeholders to document and understand existing business processes, specifically in relationship to compliance with applicable regulations and mandated reporting to the state or SAMSHA. This role will define To-Be requirements and processes to support the design and development of new critical infrastructure in alignment with agency's technology roadmap.

Leading JAD sessions for As-Is/To-Be business processes/use cases. Interviewing stakeholders to document requirements for existing and new critical infrastruce projects. Working across all bureaus and units to understand mission-critical business processes.
