Position Overview:
  • As a Business Analyst – Payments with Foreign Exchange (FX) expertise, you will work closely with the implementation team, onshore stakeholders, and clients to implement the client's Payments and FX products at banks and financial institutions.

  • Author project definition documents capturing details gathered during requirements analysis, including FX trade lifecycle and payment workflow specifics.
  • Develop integration specification documents for each integration point – covering FX pricing, cross-currency payments, and downstream system transactions.
  • Coordinate and lead readiness reviews with onshore teams to confirm implementations are on track and built environments satisfy client and regulatory requirements.
  • Validate application functionality against FX and payments requirements through end-to-end integration testing, including multi-currency scenarios.
  • Triage customer defects related to FX rates, payment processing, or reconciliation, and collaborate with product and development teams on resolution.
  • Test defect fixes and confirm resolution meets defined acceptance criteria before client sign-off.
  • Act as the onshore point of contact, facilitating clear, timely communication between clients and the offshore/development teams.

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, ideally within payments or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira; working knowledge of Confluence is required.
