Primary Function

Under general supervision performs project assignments and analyzes business functions to determine computer system application requirements, and improve business processes, application design, tests, implementation and provides documentation to implement and supports a functional business area. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration, computer information systems, computer science or related degree and one-year experience working with a specific business unit and an enterprise system application process or other enterprise resource planning application package system.

Progressively responsible directly related experience may be substituted for the required education at the ratio of two years of experience for one year of education required.

Licensing & Certification Requirements

Veterans Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans status by the job posting deadline.

Other Requirements/Testing

A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment.
