Job Summary Business Analyst III

- Lead identification and collection of business requirements across multiple departments.
- Analyze and improve substandard system processes using real-time data.
- Serve as a thought leader on technical business processes, focusing on advancing Design System initiatives.
- Develop forward-thinking systems prototypes to enhance efficiency and cross-functional productivity.
- Partner with stakeholder teams (sales, finance, security, compliance) to translate user needs into technical documentation.
- Support system workflow analysis and contribute to the Design System initiative.
- Perform and communicate comprehensive quality assurance testing throughout development phases.
- Conduct daily system analytics to optimize operations, troubleshoot issues, and prepare monthly reports for leadership.
- Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation, process maps, and requirement specifications.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline documentation, workflow analysis, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate within large enterprise IT teams, including offshore development groups.
- Use SQL and database management tools for technical solutions and reporting.
- Apply experience with Enterprise Design Systems and reporting platforms (e.g., Business Objects).
- Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, leveraging ITIL best practices as needed.
