Working closely with the Business Analyst, IT subject-matter experts, and IT leadership, the Technical Writer will transform discovery findings and technical knowledge into clear, accurate, consistent, and maintainable documentation. Deliverables will support cybersecurity, IT operations, knowledge transfer, incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity, and long-term operational resilience.

Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts and SME knowledge into clear, concise, accurate, usable documentation.
