Location: Irving, TX | Hybrid (1 day/week in office)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $25/hour
 • Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (8-hour shift)

ROLE IMPACT: As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the operational engine behind outbound demand generation by transforming strategic initiatives into documented workflows, technical requirements, and repeatable processes. Success in this role comes from driving projects forward, maintaining data integrity, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across Sales and Marketing.

• Manage Jira tickets from submission through completion, monitor progress, communicate updates, and escalate blockers when needed.
• Audit Salesforce data to verify marketing information flows accurately into downstream sales processes.
• Create and maintain workflow maps in Visio, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and presentation materials for leadership.
• Support outbound data cleanup initiatives and execute process improvements by coordinating meetings, documenting solutions, and facilitating implementation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and support the organization's demand generation strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including dashboards, lead management, Salesforce Inspector, and understanding of field dependencies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, documentation updates, and Jira tickets simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, ZoomInfo, and 6sense.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify workarounds and drive projects to completion.
• Self-starter with strong initiative, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
