Business Analyst - Jersey City, NJ - Contract - $37-47 per HR
Seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a contract position in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves bridging business and technology teams, focusing on Supplemental Insurance and AI technologies. Responsibilities include translating insurance processes into structured assets for AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across insurance platforms.
- Create structured business context and knowledge artifacts for AI solutions.
- Develop business capabilities, user journeys, and knowledge repositories for AI.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define AI use cases and success criteria.
- Support AI-powered solutions implementation for various business operations.
Qualifications
- 7 years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3 years in Supplemental Insurance, Group Benefits, or Voluntary Benefits domain.
- Experience documenting business processes, requirements, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.
- Preferred certifications: CBAP, AAC, SAFe, or Agile.
