Title- Business Analyst/ Journey Mapping
Location- Fort Worth, TX- Hybrid
Must be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Contract-to-Hire (C2H)- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating:
- Journey Maps
- Service Blueprints
- Process Flows
- Swim Lane Diagrams
- Impact Assessments
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and executive stakeholders
- Experience working across multiple business units and functional teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience- Business Architecture exposure
- Value Stream Mapping
- Customer/Client Journey Design
- Service Design methodologies
- UX research or customer experience initiatives
- Process mining or task mining experience
- AI, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Worker initiatives
- Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, or Brokerage experience
