Job Summary:
The GRC/Risk
Compliance Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Cybersecurity Data Integration (CDI) program, which aims to consolidate cybersecurity data across seven domains into a unified AWS Redshift data platform. This position is responsible for owning domain metric definition, requirements documentation, and data source mapping validation, ensuring clarity and accountability in what is being built and why across all domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Domain Metric Definition Workshop Facilitation:
Plan and facilitate structured workshops with domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to confirm priority metrics, document calculation logic, definitions, and business rules.
Requirements Documentation:
Translate workshop outcomes into structured business and functional requirements, maintaining a domain metric catalog and documenting the persona access model in collaboration with the Architect and QA Engineer.
Data Source
Domain Mapping Validation:
Validate and maintain domain to data source mappings across integrated sources, escalating any data gaps discovered between metric definitions and available data.
Backlog
Sprint Support:
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to translate approved requirements into Jira ready user stories, supporting sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Stakeholder
Governance Liaison:
Assist in UAT coordination and domain level stakeholder sign off, contributing to the published metric catalog and data governance documentation at program closeout.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong business analysis skills with a focus on metric definition and requirements documentation.
Experience in facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross functional teams.
Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into business friendly language.
Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly in backlog management and sprint planning.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of cybersecurity domains, particularly in Governance/Risk/Compliance (GRC).
Experience with AWS Redshift and Power BI reporting tools.
Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
Understanding of data lineage and row level security design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a cybersecurity or compliance context.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
