Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Portuguese/English) CashPro Technical Support Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries from high-revenue Latin America (Brazil) clients. You will read, analyze, and resolve technical requests received by email and phone related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products that clients operate through the bank's electronic banking platform. This role acts as a technical liaison who trains, educates, and supports LATAM clients and partners with internal teams to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for technical support inquiries from Brazil/LATAM clients via email and phone.
- Read, analyze, and determine the appropriate handling and resolution of technical requests.
- Support clients using treasury, cash management, card, and depository products on the bank's electronic platform.
- Train and educate clients on platform features and functionality.
- Partner with internal business partners to resolve client inquiries and technical issues.
- Provide technical systems and software support for modifications, implementations, and conversions.
- Help translate business needs into formal business requirements; act as liaison between the business, developers, and vendors.
- Navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with clients and deliver a positive client experience.
- Know when to escalate and manage your own time with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and English (required).
- 1–2+ years of banking or financial services industry experience.
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Strong oral and written communication, active listening, and the ability to present confidently to clients.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, critical thinking, and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment and adapt to changing technology and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language skills.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or banking services.
- IT degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with treasury, cash management, or online banking platforms (e.g., CashPro).
