Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and Appian low-code platform to drive digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient process automation, solution design, and delivery of scalable Appian applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM)
• Experience with Appian low-code platform
• Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with process optimization and re-engineering
• Familiarity with Appian Process Modeler and SAIL interfaces
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration objects

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Work closely with Appian developers to deliver solutions
