Business Analyst

Position Type:

• Contract
• Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Required:

• 5-7 years of experience in KYC/AML
• 7-10 years of industry experience
• College or University degree with a business focus
• Exceptional problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently assess and identify plans for resolution
• Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Strong ability to manage and analyze large data sets
• Ability to leverage AI tools for team efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Review and enrich client remediation population
• Prepare KYC files and present to stakeholders and senior management
• Create and maintain communication channels with stakeholders
• Host weekly calls to highlight potential risks
• Guide the KYC Refresh team in obtaining AML data and documents
• Troubleshoot cases and collaborate on solutions
• Develop FAQs and standard responses with subject matter experts
• Communicate regulation guidance to clients and organize calls
• Prioritize, track, and consolidate escalations
• Review cases before handover for assessment
• Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders on regulatory matters
• Identify and prioritize potential risks in the DDR program
• Analyze and optimize operational processes for improvement
• Support change management strategies for project rollouts
