Job Summary
Join a top 10 North American bank as a Business Analyst supporting Risk and Compliance programs within a large-scale financial environment. This role focuses on maintaining program operations, supporting issue management activities, and facilitating the onboarding of new applications within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations for ongoing risk and compliance initiatives.
Facilitate new application onboarding through ServiceNow and related tools.
Create and maintain status updates, meeting documentation, and executive-level reports.
Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain WorkFront data for accurate reporting and audit traceability.
Support internal issue management, escalation, and risk monitoring processes.
Act as a delegate for other team members during absences.
Provide training, guidance, and administrative support across teams as required.
Required Experience
5–10 years of Business Analyst experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Risk/Compliance programs.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance reporting.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
